Transport

Port haulage

Once the containers have been unloaded from the ships, they are loaded onto trucks for transport to the warehouse. Port traction requires effective coordination with port operations and adherence to schedules to minimise waiting times and associated costs.

Road haulage

The road haulier transports goods by truck between different loading and delivery points. This includes two main types of operation:

  • Goods collection: Transporting goods from their loading point (factory, supplier’s warehouse, etc.) to our warehouses.
  • Delivery of goods: Transporting products from our warehouses to the final delivery points.

These activities involve logistics management to optimise routes, ensure on-time deliveries and guarantee the safety and integrity of goods during transport.
